Bespoke Somatic Relational Intensives

The relational work that doesn't fit into an hour.

For people navigating something significant in their relationship, their family, or themselves, who need more than fifty minutes a week to actually get there.

Some things don't — or can't — resolve on a weekly schedule. This work is built exactly for that.

Available for clients worldwide. In-person, online, and by travel arrangement.

Intensives

The work you've been struggling to resolve isn't going anywhere.

Weekly therapy, for the people who do try it, often means spending the first twenty minutes catching up, the next fifteen finally touching something real, and the last five trying to close before walking back into the rest of the day. For what you're actually carrying, that rhythm isn't enough, and the unfinished feeling can leave you less inclined to keep going.

Intensives are structured differently. Immersive, concentrated, and designed for people who are used to going all the way in when the conditions are right.

"Nobody teaches us how to be relational, unless we had great modeling, which many of us have not. But it's a learnable skill."
  • Couples at a crossroads, whether romantic, relational, or otherwise
  • High-achieving individuals carrying something that hasn't shifted, despite years of trying
  • Families navigating estrangement, transition, resentments, or repair
  • Partners building extraordinary lives together, and feeling the cost of it
  • Global relationships, where concentrated time bridges what calendars and time zones can't

How It Works

Four formats. One approach.

01

Couples Intensive

For couples facing consequential decisions about their relationship — or wanting to deepen what's already strong. Somatic, IFS-informed, and Relational Life Therapy structured around what the relationship actually needs.

Two · Three · Four-day intensive
02

Relational Intensive

For two people in any relationship — adult family members, friends, business partners — navigating something that requires more than a conversation. Family reunification, estrangement repair, relational reset.

Two · Three · Four-day intensive
03

Individual Intensive

For individuals doing deep relational work on patterns, history, or a decision — without the weekly cadence. Extended sessions that reach what fifty minutes can't touch.

One · Two-day intensive
04

Discernment Intensive

When the question isn't how to improve the relationship — it's whether to stay in it. Structured for clarity, not a predetermined outcome. One partner can begin alone.

Two · Three · Four-day intensive

From clients and colleagues

In their words.

"Francesca was pivotal in helping us navigate one of the most difficult periods of our lives. She helped us find not the life we thought we were supposed to preserve, but the life in which our family could genuinely flourish. More than two years later, we have each built happier, more authentic lives."
